We were seen very quickly and our boy was very well looked after and treated with respect and care. The procedure was explained to our son at his cognitive level (has downs syndrome). We are very grateful for the care he received.

We have no suggestions from this visit. Basic makaton skills are always welcomed to communicate with children wo has delayed speech etc.

Excellent care, lovely compassionate team who took Great care of my daughter and made her feel totally at ease when she was in a lot of pain.

Everything in general was of a much better standard than any other hospital I've ever been to! The staff were amazing, very attentive and caring. The place was clean including the toilets! I shall be coming here from now on.
